The Hudson Data Jam Competition challenges students to creatively tell stories for a general audience using data from the Hudson River watershed.
March – Teacher workshops throughout the Hudson Valley.
April 25th – Competition registrations due.
April 30th – Registered students submit YouTube videos to Cary Institute scientists.
June 2nd – Project submissions due online.
June 14th, 12:00-1:30 p.m. – Projects, including posters, to be dropped off at the Marist College Student Center.
June 14th, 2:00-4:00 p.m. – Data Jam Competition. All prizes awarded during the event.
This is your chance to teach others what you have learned.
All student participants have the opportunity to showcase their project at a series of public events this summer. Gift cards are available to students who help with this outreach activity.
