Hudson Data Jam - Tricks and Tips for Student Engagement

The Hudson Data Jam is an opportunity for students in grades 4-12 to explore ecological datasets, creatively communicate the stories they tell, and win cash prizes. Write a song, record a video, create a book, paint a mural – your imagination is the limit!

This webinar is geared toward educators and/or parents of middle and high school students participating in the Hudson Data Jam, but is open to anyone interested in learning about the competition.

Jessica Genter, an experienced Data Jam adviser, will share best practices for successfully guiding students in analyzing and interpreting complex ecosystem data, and expressing trends through artistic mediums.

Webinar registration is open until the start of the event.

Hudson Data Jam registration deadline is Thursday, February 2. If the deadline has passed and you have students who are interested in participating, please email
