Making data "sing" through creative expression

Now in its sixth year, the Hudson Data Jam Competition challenges students to creatively tell the science stories of the Hudson River watershed.

Level 1: Fecal Coliform Bacteria & Oxygen Levels at Manhattan

Level 1: Fecal Coliform Bacteria & Oxygen Levels at Manhattan

These data show water quality levels for dissolved oxygen and fecal coliform bacteria at Manhattan.

Data were published in "Hudson River Sewage Inputs and Impacts" by Brosnan, Stoddard and Hetling in The Hudson River Estuary, edited by Levinton and Waldman, Cambridge Univ. Press 2006.
