Situated on nearly 2,000 acres in New York's mid-Hudson Valley, the Cary Institute offers visitors a range of recreational and learning experiences.
While most of our grounds are set aside for field studies, parts of the campus have been reserved for public education and enjoyment.
Note: Due to snow/icy conditions, the Cary hiking trails will not be opening to the public on April 1. The lowland area and some roads will be open; please inquire about what is publicly accessible before visiting our campus. 845 677-5343.
