New York Dairy Farming Data
Expanded metadata and resources
Many people are thinking about ways to reduce their impact on the environment, and paying attention to the food that we eat is one potential way to accomplish this. Animal products such as milk are an important part of the diets of many New Yorkers.
In this dataset, you can explore how trends have changed related to milk production and sales in New York over time, as well as compare the environmental impact of milk production vs. apple production.
